Our story · Since 1979

One Team.
A Vision That Grew.

Hayden Synchro began in Lexington, Massachusetts, in 1979, when Lynn Benson founded the Haydenettes with a vision for what synchronized skating could become.

Under Lynn’s leadership and, since 2005, the direction of Saga Krantz, that vision has grown into a ten-team program spanning first-time skaters through international junior and senior competition.

Different generations. One enduring commitment to teamwork and excellence.

Beyond the ice

The Hayden Synchro Advantage.

Excellence on the Ice.
Leadership Beyond It.

The lessons learned through synchronized skating last long after the final performance. Hayden Synchro athletes develop the discipline to pursue goals, the resilience to navigate setbacks, and the confidence to lead and contribute to something greater than themselves.

They bring those strengths into classrooms, careers, communities, and every chapter that follows.
